Loved the location, the outdoor garden space, the space inside and that the cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Washing machine useful!
Also great that our 4 legged friend could join us and the view to the clock tower from the mainsee more

Leaking shower - strange overflow when it’s running.
Stained mattress protector.
Living room smelt of dog (given there is a charge to take a dog I’d expect thorough cleaning)
No clothes airer/washing line available to dry clothes.

No vacuum cleaner was available Living room feels a little unfinished with no cushions and minimal pictures Cost- online this was £823 for a week plus a charge for the dog. 5 nights was charged to £746 (with additional dog charge) which in Comparison felt a little less value for money. |

The cleanliness could be improved. I got dirty socks as soon as i walked in the kitchen. There was a shortage of toilet roll and the bin instructions were confusing as the note on the rear door mentioned bags and bins that didnt exist and contradictsee more

There was a shortage of toilet roll and the bin instructions were confusing as the note on the rear door mentioned bags and bins that didnt exist and contradicted email instructions. It would have been nice to have access to clean ourselves a little bit if staying longer than a weekend as sand and stone from hiking get brought in. The windows have not been cleaned in a while and the garden table is unstable with a glass top. Other than that it was great. Towels fresh and clean as were beds and linen.

During our recent stay at Roselric Cottage in Kingsand, Cornwall, we were thoroughly impressed. The cottage is well-equipped with all the amenities you could hope for. All the rooms are notably spacious, and the furniture offers top-notch comfort. We particularly enjoyed playing board games round the dining table and not feeling cramped. The cozy beds ensured restful night's sleep.
The welcome touch of complimentary milk, tea, and coffee made our arrival feel special. Cleanliness throughout the cottage was impeccable, with plenty of fresh white towels at our disposal. The hot shower was a delightful perk after spending time at the beach. We found the storage solutions ample, perfect for organizing our clothing and luggage. The outdoor area, complete with a table and chairs, provided a charming spot to chill and enjoy the moment. Additionally, the handy shed outside was ideal for stowing away our beach gear. The location was fantastic for the beach - just round the corner and you’re in the sea. The village has plenty of amenities and we ate out most nights. The pubs are really friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. In summary, Roselric Cottage offers a wonderfully comfortable and convenient home-away-from-home experience. We highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again! |
