This luxurious retreat is designed to make the most of its enviable location, overlooking Mount's Bay, with far-reaching panoramas - a true coastal delight. 
The open plan kitchen and dining area is a highlight of Blue Seas, with its super light and airy space that can accommodate up to eight guests. The central breakfast-bar and large dining area are perfect for long lazy lunches, while the huge glass windows provide an ever-changing seascape view. Upstairs, the lounge-area features two comfy sofas where you can relax and enjoy the extensive sea views, surrounded by original paintings from local artists and bespoke furniture that gives the home a timeless feel.
The beach house boasts four stunning bedrooms, including a sumptuous super-king size bed on the first floor. This bedroom also features two en suites, a cosy seating-area with a sofa and chair, and a spectacular sea view. The three other beautifully furnished bedrooms on the ground floor come complete with luxurious linens, one with en suite shower-room plus a separate family bathroom on this level. The twin room can made into a super-king on request.
Enjoy plenty of outdoor space, including a stunning terrace overlooking the coastal views, and a second terrace with a large table and chairs for informal meals at the rear of the property. During your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy the gardens at your leisure. Blue Seas benefits from terraces, many outside seating areas, and a large lawn off the rear deck. The front terraces boast rare succulent plants unique to Cornwall, whilst the paths to the side offer step free access to the property and rear lawn. Sunloungers, outside dining, and bbq are all available, and we would advise that small children be supervised in the secluded garden areas.
The working fishing harbour of Newlyn is just a stroll away, while the bustling town of Penzance is only 10 minutes' drive away. For those looking to explore the surrounding area, there are plenty of things to see and do, from visiting the charming village of Mousehole and watching seals play in the waves to surfing in Sennen or taking a train from St Erth to St Ives.
