Welcome to Lobster House, a modern chapel conversion located in the heart of the popular town Newquay. One of three exquisitely crafted holiday properties in the chapel, the property has been lovingly crafted with sophisticated interiors while still preserving the charm of its original features.
As you enter the property, two beautiful super-king size zip-and-link bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Each with their own smart TV and ensuite. As you move up the glass panelled staircase you enter a large open-plan lounge and kitchen on the first floor. Guests can enjoy the modern, fully equipped kitchen which provides all you need for a self-catering stay.
On the final floor, you will find the third super-king size bedroom with a large ensuite. A beautiful oak beamed featured wall, smart TV and dressing table can also be found in this bedroom. For added convenience, these super-king beds can be made into singles upon request.
Outside, a privately enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a 6 seater hot tub is a splendid addition to this property.

Located in the middle of Newquay, with many amenities nearby including restaurants and bars, a cinema, shops and much more. A 5-minute stroll will lead you to Towan Beach, with Fistral Beach less than a mile away, offering you the bliss of seaside paradise. Explore picturesque walks in Newquay and nearby Crantock or venture to popular coastal destinations like Watergate Bay, all within a 4-mile radius.

We had an amazing stay at the Lobster House. It is in the perfect location with small extra touches added which makes the stay more enjoyable. We arrived earlier in the day and the host was very helpful and was able to get the house ready earlier. Wosee more

We visited as a group of 6 for a weekend away in Newquay. The property is in the most central location with everything walking distance! As you can park your car at the property it is a lovely feeling leaving it there knowing know your can walk to thsee more

As you can park your car at the property it is a lovely feeling leaving it there knowing know your can walk to the shops, restaurant, beaches all from the house. Each room was perfect with big bed and en-suite. The hot was was such a treat, you would never have known it was there and feels private when your in it. We had drinks in the sunshine in this space and enjoyed the hot tub even in the rain. Great space! Host was spot on and super friendly and helpful when it comes to check in and out. Would 100% stay again!
