Heathfield is a grand and beautiful residence sleeping up to ten guests in comfort, and is ideally situated just outside Honiton, within easy reach of amenities and only a short drive to the stunning south coast.

On a quiet country lane and surrounded by fields, the property is approached through electronic gates to the driveway, which has parking for up to five cars, and there are beautiful gardens which wrap all around the house, meaning you can make the most of the sun at any time of day.

A pillared porch entrance takes you inside where there is a wonderfully homely and welcoming feel, a choice of reception rooms, and plenty of family-sized space to relax and socialise.
The main living area is generously sized, with a vast sofa and armchairs, television and log-burner centralised in the space making a superb feature. There are large folding patio doors which completely slide away, opening the room up to entirely adjoin the outdoor patio area and gardens. Perfect for a barbeque, relaxing, dining al-fresco, or a drink of something fizzy as the sun sets, this is a truly lovely spot to spend time and be with family.

Inside, there is a second sitting room with views out into the garden, also with a television, fireplace of its own for an open fire, and plush sofas to sink into. The third reception room offers great flexibility, either as an office with desk and chair, or if needed as an additional sleeping space for younger children as the sofa extends to a spare bed.

The kitchen is absolutely the heart of the home at Heathfield, being a large classic country kitchen with farmhouse dining table, range cooker, belfast sink and and breakfast bar.
With plenty of room for everyone to sit together, socialise whilst cooking, and enjoy great family meals, guests will create lasting memories to cherish.

Upstairs, there are five bright and airy bedrooms, all very well furnished with plenty of space. The master is a super-king size, with ensuite bathroom consisting of bath and separate shower enclosure, basin and WC.

The second bedroom is also super-king size, and is served by the main bathroom, which boasts a freestanding roll top bath and separate shower enclosure. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, and ensuite shower room. There is then a further king-size bedroom and a twin room, all with views out over the garden.

Locally, the villages of Payhembury and Broadhembury are within easy reach, providing a choice of good pubs close by. The market town of Honiton is only a short drive away, being six miles distant.
