Bay View is a relaxed family home with beautiful views across the Bay towards St Ives and Lelant. Bay View is an ‘upside-down house’, with the main living space upstairs so you can make the most of the wonderful views. The bright and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the house. There’s comfortable seating for relaxing together, along with a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing family breakfasts, packed lunches or a relaxed dinner after a day at the beach.

Step straight out from the kitchen onto the deck, where the views really take centre stage. It’s a lovely spot for morning coffee, an al fresco lunch or an evening drink as the sun begins to set. There’s also a terrace at the front of the property, giving you another outdoor space to sit back and enjoy the scenery. With views across the Bay towards St Ives and Lelant, both spaces are perfect for making the most of those long Cornish evenings.

The three main bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. For a little extra privacy, there is a separate chalet at the back of the house with a fourth double bedroom and its own ensuite shower room and toilet. This is a particularly useful space for couples, grandparents, older children or friends travelling together.

The beach and coastal path are just a five-minute walk from the house, so you can leave the car behind and head straight out for a morning walk, a day by the sea or an evening stroll along the coast. The surrounding area is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, with beautiful coastal scenery, sandy beaches and wonderful walks all close by. Whether you want to fill your days exploring or simply find a quiet spot to sit and watch the sea, there’s plenty to enjoy close to home. And, of course, the views from Bay View mean you don’t have to go anywhere to enjoy a beautiful Cornish sunset.

There’s plenty to discover beyond the immediate area too. The wider West Cornwall coastline is full of beautiful beaches, coastal walks, pretty harbour towns and places to explore. St Ives is within easy reach, with its sandy beaches, galleries, independent shops and restaurants, while the surrounding coast offers plenty of opportunities for walking, swimming, surfing and exploring.

For days out, you can venture further afield to discover more of Cornwall’s beaches, gardens, villages and historic sites. Whether you’re looking for an active day exploring the coast or somewhere lovely to stop for lunch and enjoy the view, Bay View makes a comfortable base for discovering this beautiful corner of Cornwall.
