This light-filled space offers a seamless holiday lifestyle, with comfortable sofas for relaxing, a large dining table that comfortably seats 8, and a bespoke kitchen complete with granite worktops and modern appliances. Whether you are preparing a family meal or simply unwinding after a day at the beach, the space is both practical and inviting. A separate study provides a quiet retreat, while two televisions and high-speed broadband ensure entertainment for all. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.

Sandspur comfortably accommodates eight guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two twin rooms are ideal for children or friends. In addition to the en-suites, there is a stylish family bathroom, are coat hooks by side door, and a convenient wet room, perfect for rinsing off after the beach and storing wetsuits.

Outside, the property continues to impress with a spacious sundeck ideal for al fresco dining and relaxed evenings in the fresh sea air. The enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ offers a private space for outdoor cooking and socialising. With the beach just a one-minute walk away, Sandspur makes it effortless to enjoy the best of coastal living.

Sandspur enjoys an enviable setting in New Polzeath near to the heart of Polzeath village, one of North Cornwall’s most sought-after coastal destinations, renowned for its wide sandy beach and excellent surf. Just moments from the property, the beach is ideal for families, whether you’re learning to surf, exploring rock pools, or simply relaxing by the sea. The surrounding coastline offers spectacular scenery, with access to the South West Coast Path providing breathtaking walks in both directions. Nearby, the charming village of Rock is known for its sailing and watersports, while the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, famous as the setting for Doc Martin, offers a taste of traditional Cornwall. A short drive away, Padstow is a vibrant harbour town celebrated for its outstanding restaurants, independent shops, and lively atmosphere.
