Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the far-reaching sea views provide a stunning backdrop. Comfortable sofas, a log burner (logs provided October - April), Smart TV and plenty of natural light make this a wonderful space to gather after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen features a central island with breakfast seating, integrated appliances and everything you'll need to prepare anything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners. The adjoining dining space offers plenty of room for everyone to come together and enjoy meals while planning the next day's adventures.

Occupying the upper floor is the master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed. This peaceful retreat benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Downstairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, consisting of a second king-size bedroom and a twin room with two single beds. These bedrooms are served by the modern family bathroom, which features a spacious walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside, the large, level garden offers plenty of space for children to play, family games or simply relaxing in the fresh sea air. With its elevated position and beautiful coastal outlook, it's the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

Yr Ardd Bellaf is ideally located for discovering the local area. Nearby you'll find beautiful sandy beaches, scenic coastal walks and the Wales Coast Path, along with charming cafés, traditional pubs and local shops. The surrounding coastline offers excellent opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding, fishing and wildlife spotting, while walkers can enjoy miles of breathtaking scenery right from the doorstep.

For those wishing to explore further afield, the spectacular landscapes of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park are within easy reach, offering everything from gentle woodland walks to challenging mountain hikes. Historic castles, picturesque harbour towns, steam railways and family attractions are all close by, making Yr Ardd Bellaf an excellent base for discovering the very best of North Wales, whether you're seeking outdoor adventure, coastal relaxation or memorable days out.

Guests are able to use the lockable shed for bike storage.
