The heart of the home is its bright and airy living space, perfectly designed to make the most of the spectacular coastal setting. The main living room and dining area opens directly onto the balcony. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. A second living room on the lower ground floor offers additional space to relax and has large patio doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the sea.

Little Watch House comfortably accommodates families and groups across three inviting bedrooms. On the lower ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with patio doors leading directly to the garden. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, and WC. A separate family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the accommodation.

Outside, the south-facing garden is a true sun trap, filled with secluded seating areas and sheltered corners to escape the coastal breeze while taking in the magnificent views. The garden sits on a cliff top with steep paths, therefore children will need to be supervised at all times. Private parking for up to three cars is available at the property.

Located in the peaceful seaside village of Seaton between Looe and Plymouth, Little Watch House is perfectly placed for exploring this stunning stretch of Cornwall’s coastline. Nearby Looe is a bustling fishing town divided by the River Looe into East and West Looe, with boat trips to Looe Island, sandy beaches, independent shops, and excellent seafood restaurants. The charming village of Polperro, famous for its narrow streets and smuggling history, is also within easy reach.

For days out further afield, guests can explore Plymouth’s historic Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, and waterfront Hoe, discover the dramatic landscapes of Bodmin Moor and Golitha Falls, or visit popular attractions including the Eden Project and numerous National Trust properties.
