    This modern holiday home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and unbeatable location with the property being just off the National Trust coastal path and a short walk to Kynance Cove voted as one of the best 50 beaches in the World. Scilla offers the perfect spot to explore the very best of the South West. Book your stay today and experience coastal living at its finest.

    For larger bookings the property has a sister house 'Sea Skapya' located next door to Scilla and offers the same bedroom arrangement, living space and is finished to the same high standard. Booking both houses allows up to 12 guests offering a great solution for larger groups and families that want to go away together but also want to have their own space and privacy.

    Relax by the log burner, perfect for cozy evenings, or take in the views through the expansive glass sliding doors. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the vibrant coastal atmosphere, with views of green lawns and the nearby parking area for easy access. This property features luxurious underfloor heating, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the space.

    The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are perfect for long lazy lunches, while the huge glass windows provide an ever-changing view. The open-plan design is perfect for entertaining, with modern black pendant lighting creating an inviting ambiance.
