The bright and spacious ground floor is designed for relaxing and spending time together. The comfortable lounge has large sofas, patio doors, a Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, books and games, while the electric log-effect fire creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a five-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and coffee machine. The adjoining orangery-style dining room is a lovely light-filled space with seating for six and direct access to the garden. There's also a full-size table football game, perfect for a little friendly competition.

Upstairs, Orchard House has three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, offering comfort and privacy for families and groups. The Polzeath bedroom is the largest, with a private balcony offering far-reaching views across Wadebridge. It can be arranged as a super king-size double or twin beds and has a spacious en-suite with both a bath and separate shower. The Rock bedroom is a generous, peaceful room overlooking the surrounding gardens. It can be arranged as a super king-size double or twin beds and has its own en-suite shower room. The Padstow bedroom is a comfortable central room, which can be set up as either a king-size double or twin beds. With its own en-suite shower room, it offers a flexible option for families, friends or children. All three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality bedding, ample storage and Smart TVs. The en-suite bathrooms also feature underfloor heating and heated towel rails, adding an extra touch of comfort.

The private garden is a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring Cornwall. The decking and barbecue area are ideal for alfresco dining, summer evenings or simply enjoying a quiet drink in the sunshine. There is ample parking at the property, together with an EV charger and secure storage for bikes, boards and golf equipment — making Orchard House particularly well suited to active holidays.

Orchard House is just a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge, where you'll find independent shops, cafés, restaurants, friendly pubs and a cinema. The town also has a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool, as well as tennis courts, a children's play area and other local facilities. The famous Camel Trail runs through Wadebridge and offers 18 miles of traffic-free walking and cycling between Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow. Bikes can be hired locally, making it an easy and enjoyable way to explore the Camel Estuary. A selection of beautiful beaches are also within easy reach, including Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Harlyn, Trevone, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan. Nearby Padstow and Port Isaac are perfect for exploring, dining and enjoying the North Cornish coast.

Orchard House is ideally positioned for exploring much more of Cornwall. Head north along the Atlantic Highway to discover Tintagel, Boscastle, Crackington Haven and Bude, or follow the coast towards the dramatic scenery and beaches of North Cornwall. Heading south, the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both around half an hour away. History and heritage enthusiasts can visit Pencarrow, Prideaux Place and Lanhydrock House, while walkers can enjoy the South West Coast Path and countless countryside and coastal routes. For longer days out, St Ives, Penzance and Land's End are all accessible by car, giving you the opportunity to explore some of Cornwall's most famous beaches, towns and landmarks before returning to the comfort of Orchard House.
