The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, along with a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. A dining area sits alongside, perfect for shared meals.

There are three bedrooms in total, each featuring high-quality beds and plush bedding. The ground floor hosts a comfortable king-size bedroom, while the first floor includes a second king-size room which can also be set up as twins on request. The third bedroom features bunk beds, making it a great option for children or teenagers. The property benefits from both a main bathroom and a separate shower room, helping make mornings that bit easier for groups.

Outside, a landscaped garden wraps around the house and enjoys sun throughout the day. There is also private parking with a free EV charger.

Inland, the North York Moors National Park provides miles of scenic walking routes, woodland trails, and open moorland. You can also hop on the local train or bus routes to visit nearby towns such as Scarborough or enjoy a day out exploring the wider North Yorkshire coast.
