Tinacre is a spacious, privately gated country house set within an acre of grounds on the outskirts of Wolverhampton, on the Shropshire / South Staffordshire border. Tinacre is perfect for contractors, business travellers, families, celebrations or groups looking for a comfortable base for both short and longer stays. Dogs are welcome too.
The property features seven bedrooms, including five double bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus two twin bedrooms with two 3ft single beds, one of which is conveniently located on the ground floor. There are also two additional bathrooms, including a ground-floor shower room, making the property suitable for guests with mobility requirements.
The spacious living room features a log burner, Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube and Wi-Fi, with patio doors opening onto the outdoor area. There is a large dining room with ample seating, a dedicated bar area with wine cooler, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and Nespresso pod coffee machine. A cosy kitchen snug and breakfast bar provide additional space to relax or socialise.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large enclosed garden with lawned areas, a patio, small woodland, outdoor seating, charcoal BBQ and fire pit. There is also secure private parking for up to six vehicles. A 5–6 person hot tub is available as an optional extra for £200 per stay and must be booked in advance.
