Pear is a quietly elegant ground-floor studio at The Willows, a beautiful three-acre property located just five minutes from Limavady on the Causeway Coastal Route.

Sleeping up to four guests, Pear has its own private entrance, with double French doors opening onto a private patio. The open-plan living space includes two double beds, a comfortable living and dining area, and a Smart TV. There’s also a kitchenette with a twin air fryer, alongside a separate bathroom featuring a walk-in rainfall shower.

Step-free throughout, Pear is a great choice for couples, families, friends and guests with reduced mobility. It is also particularly well suited to golfers and anyone keen to explore the beautiful North Coast, with a fantastic selection of golf courses and attractions within easy reach.

Guests have shared access to the three-acre grounds, including lawn games and secure golf-club storage. There is also a covered outdoor cookhouse featuring a BBQ, griddle and pizza oven, providing the perfect space to prepare and enjoy meals together.

For a little extra indulgence, there is a covered and secluded shared hot tub, which can be booked for a small fee during your stay. The hot tub is available from Easter to Halloween.

The Willows is perfectly placed for exploring some of Northern Ireland’s most beautiful scenery and attractions. Roe Valley Country Park, Binevenagh, Benone Beach and Magilligan Point are all nearby, while Downhill Beach and the National Trust’s Mussenden Temple are approximately 20 minutes away.

Derry, Portrush, Portstewart, the Giant’s Causeway and the ferry to Donegal are all within around 30 minutes, making it easy to enjoy a variety of day trips and adventures. The area is also home to many filming locations from Game of Thrones.

With 15 golf courses, as well as opportunities for walking, hiking, fishing, horse riding, surfing, paddleboarding and kayaking, all within approximately 30 minutes, there’s plenty to enjoy during a stay at The Willows.

Your family pet is very welcome too! There is space for one small-to-medium-sized dog, subject to prior confirmation. As some breeds cannot be accommodated, please contact the property before booking to check.
