Beautiful cottage in a fantastic quiet, tranquil location. Outstanding views from every window. Lovely secure garden and overlooking fields and live stock. Lovely clean and has everything you need. This was a perfect retreat for me, my partner and mybekijk meer

This was a perfect retreat for me, my partner and my mum (who’s always wanted to visit Northumberland, this was her 70th birthday present) she was thrilled as soon as we turned onto the driveway. Our bulldog (Reg) had a fabulous time playing in the secure garden of the cottage and on our last morning we turned left out of the cottage to find a hidden lake house this had a sofa and games but also logs ready for us to have a lovely fire!!!! I wish we found this at the beginning of the holiday but our experience in the cottage am sure we’ll be back. This cottage reminds me of the cottage in ‘The Holiday’ film….. just what I pictured. A must book!!!! See you again xx
